I recently earned my brown belt in Kudo after a rigorous test administered by my Sensei, James Alexander, during his visit to BETA Academy. This promotion marks an important milestone in my journey and places us on the path toward becoming an official Kudo branch in Washington, DC—where the ceremony is brief, but the training is lifelong.
